To me Dale Earnhardt Chevrolet sets the example for others to follow. From the time I placed the call to Kevin for an appointment until I paid my bill and departed the facility it was a great experience. I was greeted properly when I arrived, Ben serviced my car in a speedy manner, Lance cleaned it as always, better then I expected and when I paid my bill my conversation with the lady was very pleasant. She is always very engaging. I also asked to speak to the Service Manage, Ronnie and as always he is pleased to talk with you and will help in a way that compliments the Dealership. When I visit I always speak to Paul, the salesman that sold me the car. Paul appreciates the visit as much as if you were buying a car.
